Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide an outstanding guest experience at our Orlando store. You will greet guests, assist them in finding products, resolve issues, and ensure a friendly, efficient checkout while upholding store standards.

As part of the team, you will learn about promos, digital features, and loyalty programs, with training provided to build skills in customer engagement, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns and questions.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and initiate warm interaction.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers when needed.
• Explain store promos and how to use Target App features.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-ups.
