Job summary

Target in Orlando is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to help guests and team members while guiding in-store and digital services. You will greet guests, solve issues, and promote benefits, loyalty, and app features to ensure a smooth, satisfying visit.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, processing transactions, and maintaining store standards. Training will be provided; a flexible schedule is common.

• Explain loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up and login where needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, following safety standards.
• Assist with Drive Up, Order Pickup, and online ordering as needed.
• Handle returns/exchanges per policy and adapt to business needs.
