Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to help guests enjoy a friendly, efficient shopping experience at the store level. You can pick up shifts through the myTime app and decide how much you want to work, with scheduling managed by store leaders.

The position starts at $17.25 per hour, up to $25.90 per hour, with a focus on reliability, engagement, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
