Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to support guest service across store operations. The role offers a flexible schedule, the option to pick shifts via the myTime app, and an hourly wage between $16.25 and $24.40.

You will engage with guests, help them find products, and contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping experience. This position emphasizes reliability, attendance, and the ability to adapt to varying shift needs, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests at various distances and initiate warm, helpful interactions
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Assist peers and support team efforts while maintaining a positive attitude
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality
• Introduce guests to current and upcoming brand launches, events and promotions
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up and usage
• Understand and explain all fulfillment services and direct guests to enroll and use them
• Educate guests on Wallet and other Target App features
• Resolve guest questions quickly and on the spot
• Handle returns with associates as needed while following Target’s policies
• de-escalate situations and recover guest shopping experiences when necessary
• Support Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests with service excellence
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards promptly
• Assist with drive-up, carryout, and related duties as required
• All other duties based on business needs
