Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests, answer questions, and provide a friendly shopping experience. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app and commit to timely attendance and training.

The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and peak times, with onboarding to prepare you for success. The position offers an initial hourly rate of $16.50 USD per hour, with scheduling that varies by store needs.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming guest experience with friendly greetings and helpful interactions.
• Assist guests in locating products and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Process transactions and support checkout while maintaining accuracy and speed.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and explain available services.
• Manage returns and escalate to leaders when needed to resolve guest concerns.
• Support OPU and Drive Up orders and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
