Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 44 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Explain loyalty programs, fulfillment options, and app features to guests.
