Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in Sugar Land, TX. You will greet guests, help them find items, and resolve issues to deliver a warm, easy shopping experience. You will learn and apply the benefits of Target Loyalty and mobile features while upholding store safety and courtesy.

Daily tasks include scanning and bagging items efficiently, assisting with Order Pick-Up and Drive Up, and contributing to a positive, fast-paced team environment with friendly, helpful service.

Qualifications

• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a friendly attitude.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while following Target policies and procedures.
• Communicate current promos and help guests use Target App features and Loyalty programs.
