Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support teammates and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Promote and explain store promos, benefits, and Target App features
• Scan and bag items accurately, following safety standards
• Assist with Order Pick-Up and Drive Up services and guide guests to enroll
• Handle returns/exchanges per policies and escalate when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and replenish stock during open hours
• Follow safety policies and report hazards
• Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local policies
