Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests.
• Welcome guests and assist with entry and exit throughout the venue.
• Answer questions regarding events, venue amenities, ticketing, directions, and general information.
• Resolve guest concerns or direct them to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
• Sell event tickets and operate handheld scanners for entry.
• Manage guest flow and maintain orderly admission lines.
• Coordinate with security and event staff to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform basic administrative duties and keep a clean, organized workspace.
