Job summary

NDM Hospitality is seeking an Activities Supervisor to join the Margaritaville Resort Orlando team in Florida. The role focuses on organizing daily activities, welcoming guests, and maintaining safety and enjoyment across the guest experience.

Responsibilities include leading the activities calendar, managing inventory, cash handling at Sundries Retail, and communicating across the team to ensure a high-energy, guest-centric environment. Requires 3–6 months leadership experience and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience in recreational hospitality, Cruise Ships, Summer Camps and/or DJ.
• Experience in a theme park setting.
• CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain them quickly.

Responsibilities

• Organize and host daily activities as listed in the monthly activity calendar.
• Welcome and assist guests at the Fins Up Beach Club entry.
• Follow policies to ensure guest access, safety and enjoyment.
• Ensure inventory needs are met.
• Handle cash and POS at Sundries Retail.
• Dispatch guests down slides and monitor team performance.
• Lead by example and motivate the team with clear communication.
