Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort in Florida. The role focuses on assisting the Front Office Manager, overseeing daily front desk operations, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

You will support staff, enforce procedures, and maintain smooth evening operations as Manager On-Duty, contributing to a vibrant hospitality team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Prior cash handling experience is necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
• Computer experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all guests.
• Help manage staff and ensure procedures and policies are followed.
• Work the evening shift to ensure Manager On-Duty coverage.
• Be a key player in the property's front office success.
