Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain professional appearance.
• Takes verbal drink and meal orders and serves high-quality food.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and gift cards accurately.
• Write guest checks and operate POS per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and pantry.
• Restock condiments and perform side work during downtime.
• Ensure accurate orders, food temperatures, and appealing portions.
• Communicate with managers and co-workers regarding issues.
