Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is seeking friendly team members to join our Outback Steakhouse family in California. This role offers an hourly rate of $17.81 plus tips, non-exempt status, and a path to growth through our Shift Leader program with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• California-based positions require Responsible Beverage Service Certifications (can be completed during training or within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them in the dining and bar areas with a welcoming demeanor.
• Assist servers by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and upselling when appropriate.
• Bus tables and maintain a clean, orderly dining area.
• Support all restaurant staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
