Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring for full-time and part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at DivcoWest, 3000 Sand Hill Road 1-120, Menlo Park, CA 94025. Location is on-site with Monday through Friday schedules; pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Two years of serving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and allergens; accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct delivery and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and handle cash following procedures.
• Assist with events and work with staff from other departments as needed.
• Address complaints promptly and relay information to supervision.
