Bon Appétitare in Menlo Park, CA is seeking enthusiastic WAITER/WAITRESS staff for full- and part-time shifts. Location is DivcoWest, 3000 Sand Hill Road, with Monday–Friday schedules; two years of serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the dining room and take food and beverages in an efficient manner.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and accommodate requests and dietary considerations.
• Communicate with back-of-house to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized and compliant with sanitation standards.
