Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, garnishes and supplies.
• Maintains stock and quality of perishable garnishes and produce.
• Greets guests and processes drink orders, following standard recipes and portion control.
• Checks IDs and ensures compliance with liquor regulations.
• Handles cash, processes charges, and verifies vouchers.
• Locks up and secures beverages, cash and related equipment.
• Performs general cleaning to meet health and safety standards.
