Job summary

Shell Shack Mesquite is seeking an attentive Server to join our restaurant team. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure a smooth, welcoming dining experience with prompt, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and establish rapport.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
