Job summary

Shell Shack Dallas is seeking an attentive Server to join our restaurant team. You will provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to guests, delivering food and beverages with accuracy and care.

Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and establish a friendly rapport.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
