You will guide guests through menus, provide beverage and food recommendations, and ensure accurate orders with friendly, attentive service that encourages guests to return. The role emphasizes maintaining high standards of sanitation, presenting menus, and facilitating smooth operations with colleagues across the kitchen and bar.

Qualifications

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to access and operate business applications for communication with fellow team members (email, chat/text).
• Minimum of 6 months in bar-related positions preferred.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers and present menus, helping with selections.
• Take and serve orders, answer questions, and make beverage/food recommendations.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment; handle sales transactions using the POS system.
