Qualifications

• Desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to wipe down table tops, legs, and booth seats; maintain cleanliness.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility to transport items around the dining room.
• Ability to transport glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds up to 15 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Interact with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via POS system.
• Observe and serve guests responding to any needs or requests.
• Present guest checks to each table and facilitate payment; handle cash/card procedures.
• Participate in clearing and resetting dining room tables.
