Job summary

Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide courteous food and beverage service in a busy hotel dining room. You will take orders, input them into the POS system, and handle payments while ensuring guests have a positive experience.

The role requires familiarity with POS systems, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training and tips certification are welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and place orders in the point of service system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Prepare guest check and complete payment transactions as needed.
• Perform other food and beverage functions including bartending and bussing during peak periods.
