The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate in Roseville, CA. You will contribute to creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests through engaging service, product knowledge, and active participation in sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour and net sales goals.
• Provide legendary service across Front, floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Handle checkout, bag purchases, and alterations where needed.
• Know exchange and return procedures and apply SPG guidelines.
• Build and maintain client-based relationships through Buckle’s loyalty programs.
