The Buckle, Inc. in Sacramento seeks a Sales Teammate to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform cashiering, merchandising, and daily store duties as directed by Store Management, with a focus on service and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Team and Guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Place Special Orders or call other stores to find desired merchandise.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Buckle’s customer service expectations to meet Guest needs.
