Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate at our Kansas City store to deliver an enjoyable shopping experience for guests while handling sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, showcasing products, processing transactions, and maintaining a tidy, well-merchandised sales floor. Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales per hour and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Provide legendary service across the store: Front, floor, fitting rooms, register.
