Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs
• Anticipate Guest needs and create a wardrobe experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share sales education with teammates
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour and contribute to floor presentations
• Handle checkout, bag purchases, and alterations preparation
• Understand return/exchange procedures and apply SPG guidance
• Maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store and communicate concerns to management
