Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate in Dodge City, KS. You will help create an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting Guests, answering questions, and assisting with merchandise selection. You will also handle checkout, bag purchases, and keep the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities include maintaining presentation, following store policies, and supporting Team with sales goals while providing friendly, responsive service to every Guest.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Retail apparel and guest service focus.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating or obtaining merchandise based on needs.
• Process checkout and bag purchases and ensure smooth register procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and POS procedures.
