Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 in Los Angeles to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving sales performance through targeted SPH and KPIs. You will maintain showroom standards and support brand guidelines on the floor.

In this role you will analyze daily results with leadership, assist with furniture assembly, manage inventory accuracy, and use store systems to follow procedures. The position emphasizes teamwork and a welcoming, organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience in direct customer interactions preferred.
• High-volume retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and KPIs while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support monthly proficiency plans.
• Analyze daily results and partner with leadership on performance expectations.
• Oversee merchandising, labeling, and adherence to the showroom style guide.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and showroom preparation as needed.
• Utilize store systems and follow established procedures to support operations.
