Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
• Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks.
• Assist managers in team member training and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve service complaints and adjust staffing as needed.
• Greet guests professionally and monitor needs within the area.
