Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as the coffeehouse needs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and personal attention.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer following safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Anticipates guests' needs and acts proactively.
• Makes product-based recommendations to guests.
• Recognizes when to seek leadership support.
• Maintains reliable, consistent attendance.
