Job summary

Wet Willie's in Pensacola, FL is seeking a detail-oriented busser to join our fast-paced team. You will efficiently clear tables, clear dishes, and support back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate is customer-service minded, able to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers, and flexible with scheduling. Previous food-service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of food service/hospitality experience desired but not required.
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Food handler's card may be required per local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables.
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing.
• Support other areas of the restaurant such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance.
