Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in Health Care Management, Business, or related healthcare discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Patient Access or Physician Practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Patient Access operations in the assigned area.
• Promote accurate and efficient registration and financial clearance services.
• Develop, coordinate and administer training modules for PAS.
• Provide training to address deficiencies identified through quality improvement.
• Serve as subject matter expert for PAS systems assigned.
• Motivate staff to achieve high customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Ensure Guest Coordinator staff are trained in customer service and badge pass.
