Massage Heights is looking for team members to educate guests about massage therapy and skincare services, while driving membership and gift card sales. You will rely on outstanding communication to meet monthly targets and deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services is required.
• Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.

• Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.
• Passionate about interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service.

Schedule/Expected work hours

• 6–8-hour shifts
• Full and part-time positions available
• Required 1 weekend shift
• Days and evening shifts available
