Job summary

Off The Hook, a Cajun quick-casual concept in Louisiana, is seeking a Guest Connector to warmly welcome guests and manage checkout. You will accurately process transactions, handle cash, and respond to guest questions to ensure a smooth experience.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll keep the Guest Connector station clean, support teammates, and deliver Southern hospitality that reflects our brand. Training is provided, and shifts include days and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Must complete required Off The Hook training programs.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.

About the Role:

As a Guest Connector at Off The Hook, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our customers and ensures a seamless checkout experience. Your primary responsibilities include accurately processing transactions, handling cash and payments, and addressing customer inquiries with a positive attitude. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining a clean and organized Guest Connector station, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

Requirements for Success:

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be change


• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training


• 1 year of restaurant experience


• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs


• Must be 16 years of age or older


• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred


• Possess a valid driver's license
