Job summary

Off The Hook is seeking a Guest Connector to warmly welcome guests and ensure a smooth checkout.

You will accurately process transactions, handle cash and payments, and respond to guest inquiries with a positive attitude in a fast-paced Cajun setting.

Keep the station clean, support the team, and help deliver exceptional service with Southern Hospitality from open to close.

Applicants must be 16 or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and complete company training.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends.
• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Must complete all training programs.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining a clean and organized Guest Connector station, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service. • Must be 16 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Possess a valid driver's license
