Job summary

Off The Hook is hiring a Guest Connector to welcome guests and ensure a seamless checkout experience. You will handle transactions, manage cash and payments, and respond to customer inquiries with a positive attitude.

In a fast-paced Cajun setting, you’ll maintain a clean guest connector station, support the team, and help deliver exceptional service with Southern Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends and training.
• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
