Job summary

Patterson Auto Group is seeking a high-energy, dependable Guest Concierge to join our fast-paced dealership team. This full-time role involves greeting guests, safely moving vehicles, and helping keep the service and sales drives moving efficiently.

This position offers a clear career path toward Junior Service Advisor and Service Advisor roles, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and a compensation of $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• High-energy, positive, dependable, and team-oriented
• Able to thrive in a busy, fast-moving dealership environment
• Interested in learning the automotive business and growing within the service department
• Comfortable being on your feet and active for a significant portion of the workday
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Safely move, park, stage, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles.
• Help facilitate efficient vehicle flow through the service drive and sales drive.
• Assist Service Advisors, service team members, and sales team members with vehicle movement and operational needs.
• Help expedite vehicles and support timely customer arrivals, pickups, and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional drive area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to help keep customers and vehicles moving efficiently.
• Provide a positive guest experience and assist the team wherever needed.
