• Employment: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
• Compensation: $20-$25/hour, depending on experience

Position Summary

Patterson Auto Group is seeking a high-energy, dependable Guest Concierge who enjoys working with people, staying active, and contributing to a fast-paced dealership team. This position plays an important role in the guest experience and in keeping vehicles moving efficiently through our service and sales operations.

This is more than an entry-level dealership position. It is designed to be a strong starting point for someone interested in building a career in automotive service, with the opportunity to learn the business and develop toward a Junior Service Advisor and, ultimately, Service Advisor role.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Safely move, park, stage, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles.
• Help facilitate efficient vehicle flow through the service drive and sales drive.
• Assist Service Advisors, service team members, and sales team members with vehicle movement and operational needs.
• Help expedite vehicles and support timely customer arrivals, pickups, and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional drive area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to help keep customers and vehicles moving efficiently.
• Provide a positive guest experience and assist the team wherever needed.

The Guest Concierge Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $25.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
