Qualifications

• Friendly, service-focused attitude and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
• Previous driving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50-75 lbs. regularly.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service for guests using company vehicles
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression
• Share information about resort amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times
• Keep vehicles and luggage carts clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Support the Front Desk and other departments with guest service needs
• Follow all safety policies and report any issues promptly to management
