Job summary

Vacatia in Las Vegas is seeking a Shuttle Driver to welcome guests and provide safe, reliable transport to and from the resort. As the first point of contact, you’ll assist guests with luggage, share local tips, and maintain a neat, courteous public image.

Qualifications

• Friendly, service-focused attitude and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
• Previous driving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50-75 lbs. regularly.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional shuttle service for guests using company vehicles
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression
• Share information about resort amenities, local attractions, and transportation options

• Keep vehicles and luggage carts clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Support the Front Desk and other departments with guest service needs
• Follow all safety policies and report any issues promptly to management
