The Olympia Companies are seeking a Restaurant Server to join our team in Gorham, NH. You will provide friendly, efficient service to guests, take and communicate orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications

• High-level customer service and clear communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort to tables, and present menus with promotions.
• Take orders accurately and enter into POS, noting special requests.
• Serve meals and beverages with proper presentation and temperature.
• Monitor and maintain a clean, organized dining area throughout shifts.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive refills and assistance.
• Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely service.
