Palihotel Seattle, home to The Hart and The Hunter, is seeking a friendly Server who loves delivering warm hospitality and memorable experiences. You’ll guide guests through the menu, take orders, and help create a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Join a close-knit team, communicate clearly with guests and coworkers, handle payments with the Micros system, and maintain tidy workstations while providing timely service. Evening and weekend availability is a must.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience as a Server in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assess, anticipate, and meet guest needs during service.
• Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers and management.
• Explain the full menu and beverages to guests clearly.
• Resolve issues with good judgment and tact.
• Operate cash registers, Micros system, and make hot beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
