Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with guests and team members.
• Follow Server Guidelines to Great Guest Service for a high-quality guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and invite return visits.
• Communicate guest food orders and service requests accurately and timely.
• Memorize IHOP terminology, abbreviations, methodologies and menu knowledge.
• Ensure cash handling and SOP compliance for guest checks.
• Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room.
• Maintain cleanliness per IHOP safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Clear and reset tables, chairs and dining areas after guests leave.
• Perform cleaning duties as per posted charts.
• Adhere to IHOP uniform and appearance standards.
