Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat guests, take and serve orders.
• Communicate guest food orders and service requests accurately and timely.
• Handle guest complaints and inquire about dining experience to encourage return visits.
• Stock and rotate service area supplies; maintain cash controls.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety; clear and reset tables and chairs.
• Follow IHOP uniform and appearance standards.
