Qualifications

• Must possess a state health and/or alcohol compliance card.
• Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol.
• Ability to compute change and handle cash accurately.
• Must communicate clearly in English (oral & written).
• Comfort with using a POS system and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and serve Shrimp Basket food and drinks in a professional manner.
• Take orders for alcoholic (21+) and non-alcoholic beverages and food items.
• Prepare orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Use POS system to ring orders.
• Engage with customers to provide friendly, fast service and suggestive selling.
• Maintain cleanliness and side-work as directed by management.
• Ensure guests are of legal age and monitor drinking limits.
• Arrive on time in a neat uniform and follow company policies.
• Complete ServSafe and Responsible Vendor training as required.
