Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in St. Louis is seeking a Restaurant Server to ensure high-quality service across our hotel dining venues. You will set up, serve, and break down food and beverage areas, maintaining a strong guest-focused experience.

We require 1-2 years of restaurant serving experience, strong communication, and a professional appearance. Night/weekend/holiday availability may be needed as part of our team-oriented hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant serving experience or comparable experience.
• Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage and food orders promptly.
• Prepare food and beverages for service to hotel guests and present food according to health and presentation standards.
• Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner; maintain cleanliness.
• Perform side-work and opening/closing duties; ensure stations are clean.
• Wash dishes as needed and handle guest payments as required.
• Report service and safety issues to Outlet Management and assist with other duties as assigned.
