Job summary

Vina, a counter-service Vietnamese street-food concept, is seeking friendly servers who deliver hospitality and a memorable guest experience. You will handle orders, cash, and communication with the kitchen while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

Training provided; familiarity with POS systems, upselling, and teamwork are valued as you help guests enjoy bold flavors and our heritage-inspired menu in a family-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality / customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
• Understanding of food safety and handling regulations.
• A natural curiosity for personal growth and improving everyday.
• Previous experience in food preparation and service within the hospitality industry; Server experience is a bonus.
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, talking through our menu, and providing menu recommendations and additional information.
• Upselling additional products when appropriate.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Communicating order details to the kitchen and expeditor.
• Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware.
• Providing exceptional customer experience.
