Job summary

Wet Willie's in Virginia Beach is hiring servers to welcome guests and provide timely food and beverage service. You will take orders, input them into the POS, relay details to the kitchen, and deliver meals while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, clear English communication, and the ability to stand and carry trays for long periods. Previous serving experience is preferred, and a valid Food Worker Card is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Food Worker Card required.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverage to include order-taking, delivery and clearing.
• Check station before, during and after shift for set-up and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Take orders and input into POS to inform kitchen of order details.
• Retrieve order, confirm accuracy and deliver to guests.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
