Job summary

Artemis Lifestyles seeks a full-time Server for our Davenport, FL location. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages while maintaining a welcoming, efficient dining experience.

You will work with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely service, uphold presentation standards, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the visit. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills to handle transactions and calculate bills.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items or ingredients.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
