Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items or ingredients.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
