The role emphasizes helpful selling techniques, accurate product labeling, and maintaining a welcoming, organized sales floor while complying with safety and register procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance when necessary, stand for extended periods, and use ladders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Inform customers about current promotions.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and price marked properly.
• Protect products by monitoring floor merchandise and reporting issues.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
